Delete Your Account

You can delete your FaithfulMatch account at any time, from inside the app or by contacting support.

Option 1: Delete inside the app

Open FaithfulMatch and go to:

Follow the on-screen confirmation to complete the deletion. You do not need to reinstall the app to do this.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, enter the email address on your account below and we'll receive your request directly:

Prefer email? You can also reach us at support@faithfulmatch.love with the subject line "Account Deletion Request," including the email address and name on your profile.

Do not include your password in any deletion request — we will never ask for it. We may need to verify your identity through the email address on file before processing a request.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, your profile, photos, messages, likes/matches, and preference data are removed or anonymized so they are no longer associated with an active, identifiable account.

What may be retained

Some limited information may be retained after deletion where necessary for:

• Fraud prevention and platform safety
• Legal and regulatory compliance
• Payment and subscription records
• Resolving disputes
• Ongoing safety investigations, including reports involving your account

Processing time

We process deletion requests within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
