How billing works
- Price: $19.99 USD per month. Where sales tax applies by law, it is shown and added at checkout before you confirm.
- Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel.
- Charge date: You are charged on the day you subscribe, then on the same date each following month.
- Statement descriptor: Charges appear on your statement as FAITHFULMATCH.
- Payment processing: Payments are processed by Stripe. FaithfulMatch never sees or stores your full card number.
- Free trials: We do not currently offer a free trial. You are charged immediately when you subscribe.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time — there is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
When you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You are not charged again after that. Cancelling does not delete your account — see Account Deletion if that is what you want.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store manages your subscription and you must cancel through the store's own subscription settings.
Refunds
If something has gone wrong, contact us — we would rather fix it than keep money you did not mean to spend.
- Within 14 days of your first charge: email us and we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked.
- Accidental or duplicate charges: refunded in full whenever they happen.
- Charges after you cancelled: refunded in full.
- Part-used months: not normally refunded, because you keep Premium access until the period ends. We still review individual cases on request.
- Purchases made through Apple or Google: those stores control refunds, so requests must go through them. We will help you with the request.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Email support@faithfulmatch.love with the email address on your account and the date of the charge.
Account suspension
If your account is suspended or removed for breaching our Community Guidelines, your subscription is cancelled and not refunded for the remainder of that period. Serious safety violations are not eligible for refunds.
Changes to pricing
If we change the price of Premium, we will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand. The new price only applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then if you do not want to continue.
