Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a FaithfulMatch account or use the app. By using FaithfulMatch, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account registration

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile, including your name, birth date, and other profile details, and to keep that information up to date. Accounts are for individual, personal use — one person per account. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else or maintain more than one account.

3. Dating and relationship risks

FaithfulMatch helps you meet other people, but we do not conduct comprehensive background checks on members and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any user. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Please review our Safety page before meeting anyone in person.

4. User conduct

You agree not to use FaithfulMatch to:

• Post or share nudity or sexually explicit content
• Harass, threaten, or use hate speech against another user
• Attempt scams, solicit money, or engage in financial fraud
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Post spam or unauthorized commercial promotion
• Engage in illegal activity
• Share another person's private information without consent
• Post graphic violence
• Engage in manipulative or abusive behavior toward other members
• Engage in, facilitate, advertise, or solicit human trafficking, sexual exploitation, prostitution, escort services, or any form of commercial sexual activity
• Aid, abet, encourage, or promote abuse, coercion, or exploitation of any person, including minors — anyone under 18 is prohibited from using the service, and we report suspected child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement

5. User-generated content

You retain ownership of the profile photos, bio text, and messages you submit ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a license to host, store, and display it as necessary to operate the app. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post any content you submit, and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The FaithfulMatch name, logo, app, and website content (excluding User Content) are owned by Excellent Vision Real Estate, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or app without permission.

7. Reporting and enforcement

You can report or block other users directly in the app. We may investigate reports and take action, including content removal, warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, at our discretion, for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

8. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or for any conduct we determine, in our discretion, is harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your own account at any time — see our Account Deletion page.

9. Subscriptions and digital purchases

FaithfulMatch offers optional paid subscription features (such as Premium) processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription from within the app or through the billing portal linked in Settings. Purchases are otherwise subject to the payment processor's own terms.

10. Third-party services

FaithfulMatch integrates with third-party services, including Stripe for payments, optional AI providers for conversation and profile-review features, Facebook for optional social login, and analytics providers. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the relevant third party's own terms.

11. AI-assisted features and limitations

AI-assisted features (such as conversation suggestions and profile feedback) are provided for convenience and inspiration only. Suggestions may be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for any message you choose to send or any content you choose to publish, whether or not AI-assisted.

12. No guarantee of matches or outcomes

FaithfulMatch does not guarantee that you will find a match, that any match will lead to a relationship, or any particular relationship outcome. Use of the app is at your own discretion.

13. Safety disclaimer

FaithfulMatch is not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the platform. Please review our Safety page for recommended precautions when meeting someone from the app.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Excellent Vision Real Estate, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FaithfulMatch. FaithfulMatch is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any match will lead to a relationship. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

15. Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@faithfulmatch.love and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and FaithfulMatch each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or user safety.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of FaithfulMatch after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Law enforcement requests

FaithfulMatch cooperates with valid legal process. Law enforcement and government agencies may submit requests for user information to legal@faithfulmatch.love. Our full protocol — what we require, what we can disclose, emergency disclosure, and preservation requests — is published at faithfulmatch.love/law-enforcement.

We disclose account data only in response to a valid subpoena, court order, search warrant, or equivalent legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm. Where permitted by law, we notify affected users.
