Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 11 September 2026. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. FaithfulMatch is for adults 18+ seeking marriage-minded relationships.

Zero-tolerance prohibitions

The following result in immediate, permanent account termination and, where appropriate, a report to law enforcement:

Human trafficking and sexual exploitation — engaging in, facilitating, advertising, or soliciting trafficking, prostitution, escort services, or any commercial sexual activity.
Child safety — any sexual content involving minors, any attempt to contact minors, or any user under 18. Suspected child exploitation is reported to NCMEC.
Aiding, abetting, or encouraging abuse — coercion, threats, blackmail (“sextortion”), or exploitation of any person.
Non-consensual intimate imagery and sexually explicit content of any kind.

Prohibited conduct

Harassment, hate speech, threats, or graphic violence
Scams, romance fraud, soliciting money or gifts, or any financial fraud
Impersonation, fake profiles, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or marital status
Spam, unauthorized promotion, or recruiting for other services
Sharing another person’s private information without consent
Any illegal activity, or use of the service to plan or commit one
Automated access, scraping, or attempts to circumvent security or moderation

How this is enforced

Every profile photo passes AI moderation before it is shown. Every user can report or block any other user from their profile or from a conversation. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and outcomes range from content removal and warnings to permanent termination. Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining paid subscription period as described in our Pricing & Refunds policy.

Report a violation

In the app: open the profile or conversation and tap Report. By email: support@faithfulmatch.love. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
